
Mariano Calvé Visa is born in Teruel (Spain).
Studies in the School of Art, graduating in the specialties of ceramic and enamel on metal.
He resides in New York, where he works, and studies - Architecture Mural, Silkscreen printing and Engraving- in the “Parsons School of Design”
He has given classes in the School of Art of his native city and later, gives classes of ceramics, specialty of volume, and enamels in the School of Art “La Palma” of Madrid where he is the Head of Department of “Development and Artistic Promotion”.
He attends - The ceramics in the architecture- with Nino Caruso and Emidio Galasi and works with the Italian architects Luciano Grasso, Stefano Libanati and Marco Traverso in the project for a church of Milan.
He is invited by the “Fondation Do Forum d' Asilah” (Morocco) for the accomplishment of Engraving.
He resides in Indonesia, working in an educative project for the “Ministry of Education and Indonesian Culture”.
He designs the spaces for the 'Universal Exhibition in Aichi (Japan) and for the “ International Fair of Literature” in Guadalajara (Mexico) for "Vivendi Producciones".
At the moment he resides in Madrid.
